SellerKing is the controller of the personal data collected through this website (sellerking.es). You can contact us at contacto@sellerking.es for any questions related to your data.

Through the "Request a compatibility audit" form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: full name, company, email, phone (optional), store or website, current supplier(s), catalog access method, approximate number of listings and orders, your main operational problem, and any additional details you choose to share. We do not collect payment data, sensitive data, or perform automated profiling.

3. What we use your data for

We use this data exclusively to contact you, assess the compatibility of your supplier and operation, and provide information about SellerKing, and, if you give us explicit consent in the future, send you commercial communications about the product. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

The processing is based on your consent, given by voluntarily filling in and submitting the contact form.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as an active or potential business relationship exists with you, and in any case for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations. You can request its deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to contacto@sellerking.es. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your data is not being processed correctly.
